As a result you are wanting to get back with your ex and reunite a feeling of that initial excitement and sexual rush you once had when you were together and happy. 

You cast your mind back to the first meeting when your eyes first met and you smelt the exhilarating aroma of their perfume or aftershave.

Your heart skips a beat when you think of the first time you touched & you held hands and then the first time that you kissed.

It is now time to get over the grieving; it is time to move on, to make plans to renew that relationship that once was special.

Don't refer to them as your "ex" any more, refer to them as your lover, your husband wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, but not the ex because that is so negative and preconceives the idea that they will never come back. Ex, gone, finished, had it.  But we know that is not the case and that with a little help you will be able to get back to those times you once loved and enjoyed.
